The project structured its methodology around three pillars: professional skills development, creation of transnational commercial networks, and strengthening of sector intermediary agents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Throughout the project, more than 300 participants from across Europe accessed four online training modules, nine international events, six specialised workshops and a final congress, building presence at the most relevant book fairs for European minority languages.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">Three key project milestones<\/h4>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>1. Online training platform with 4 specialised modules<\/strong> Design, development and management of a dedicated Moodle platform with four training programmes for publishers and authors in minority languages: management of international book fairs, literary promotional events, rights management and foreign rights negotiation.
